Terms & Conditions
These Terms explain the rules for using BizFlow, powered by NobleStack Africa, including account use, payments, business records, receipts, inventory, Pro features, and user responsibilities.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, logging in, activating a package, or using BizFlow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the BizFlow Privacy Policy.
2. What BizFlow provides
BizFlow is a business management tool for tracking sales, expenses, debts, customers, WhatsApp receipts, branded receipts, inventory, stock movements, product sales, and business summaries.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration and business information.
- Keeping your phone number, password, and access credentials secure.
- Ensuring that your business records, customer details, prices, stock, and payment entries are accurate.
- Using BizFlow lawfully and responsibly.
4. Business records and accuracy
BizFlow calculations, reports, receipts, inventory values, debt balances, profit estimates, and dashboard summaries depend on the data you enter. BizFlow is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.
5. Payments, activation, and packages
BizFlow may offer Basic and Pro packages. Activation, renewal, and support may require confirmation of payment through the official M-Pesa Till or approved support channels. Package prices, features, and renewal terms may be updated from time to time.
Current BizFlow activation payments should be made to the official M-Pesa Buy Goods Till displayed inside the system.
6. Pro features
Pro features may include business logo upload, branded verified receipts, WhatsApp receipt links, inventory, stock movements, product sale tracking, product sale intelligence, and future reporting features. Access to Pro features depends on plan status and activation.
7. Customer data entered by users
If you enter customer names, phone numbers, payment references, or transaction details into BizFlow, you are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful reason to collect and use that information.
8. WhatsApp messages and receipt links
BizFlow may help generate WhatsApp messages, receipt links, and branded receipts. You decide when to send those messages and are responsible for ensuring the information is correct before sharing it with customers.
9. Inventory and product-sale records
Inventory features help track stock quantity, stock movements, product sales, and estimated product profit. You remain responsible for verifying physical stock, product prices, costs, and adjustments.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use BizFlow to:
- Commit fraud, mislead customers, or falsify business records.
- Store unlawful, abusive, harmful, or unauthorised personal data.
- Attempt to break, overload, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the system.
- Share your account with unauthorised persons.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep BizFlow reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Maintenance, upgrades, hosting issues, network problems, or security actions may affect availability.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizFlow and NobleStack Africa are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, incorrect user-entered data, business decisions made from reports, or losses caused by misuse of the system.
13. Suspension or termination
Accounts may be suspended or restricted where there is non-payment, abuse, security risk, fraud concern, breach of these Terms, or unlawful use.
14. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms as BizFlow grows. The latest version will be available on this page. Continued use of BizFlow after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
